Have you ever come up from a dive, only to discover that the photos you took underwater are mediocre at best? We’ve all been there. The fish just don’t glow in your photos the way they do in real life. Why can’t you do justice to your marine subjects? What’s missing? I’ll tell you: The SeaLife DC2000.
Yes, this camera will take your underwater photography to the next level. SeaLife calls this model their most advanced camera yet, and for good reason. The photos are stunning at a 20 Megapizel resolution. Shutter response is 0.1 second and auto focus is speedy, so lag will never ruin a shot. Whilst capturing the ocean’s little things, auto focus will work up to 4 inches or 10 cm. If you’re right in the action, the DC2000 can capture 10 frames per second. Intelligent auto mode will also come in handy. Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) will reduce camera shake and create a clearer image. The ergonomic design allows you to shoot with one hand, or add a flash set for a very professional rig.
The SeaLife DC2000 gives photographers freedom to create their own shot. Users are able to manually adjust their camera settings. Shutter, aperture, and white balance control is simple for users to control. For editing ease, photos are formatted as JPEG or RAW files. There is 80MB of internal storage and the camera is compatible with SD cards. The DC2000 can link to WiFi for instant photo previewing and streaming.
Divers can take the DC2000 down to 60ft/ 18M with no housing. For deeper dives, use the camera housing. This will allow users to reach 200ft/ 60M depth with the DC2000. The DC2000 is a smart camera, with built-in correction filters. Shallow, deep, and green algae filters are included. Shooting underwater will be simplified with this feature. Users can even create a shortcut to quickly switch into their favorite mode.
We put our cameras through a lot. They get banged around on dive boats and jostled on traveling adventures. The DC2000 is built to withstand some of life’s bumps. The camera is shock-resistant and rubber armored to protect it for drops up to 5 feet.
The compact design makes this camera suitable for land use as well. There are 25 different Land Scene modes available. Capture stunning 20 Megapixel portraits and landscapes with the same camera you bring on dives!
